What Sammy can do

Useful features that
set Sammy apart.

From the small admin to the bigger thinking, here’s where Sammy lends a hand.

Stay organised

Your day, in order. Daily briefings, reminders, your calendar, and to-dos, all in one place.

Keep up with what matters

The important things, surfaced. Timely nudges, the emails worth your attention, and whatever you’ve asked Sammy to watch.

Create and understand

From blank page to done. Draft a message, summarise a document, make sense of a photo, or create a professional document or image.

Talk, don’t type

Say it instead of typing it. Capture a quick voice note, or talk things through in full voice chat.

Remember your context

Picks up where you left off. Your preferences, the people in your life, and the threads you’re still pulling on.

Go deeper when needed

More when it counts. Specialist help, complex planning, research, even social media coaching.

A day with Sammy

Quietly useful, all day long.

A few small moments where Sammy helps, so the day feels lighter.

Morning

A calm start to the day.

Before the rush, Sammy gives you a quick briefing: what’s on, what matters today, and anything you asked it to keep an eye on. You begin organised, not scrambling.

Good morning ☀️

  • 9:30 — Team standup
  • Don’t forget to call the plumber back
  • The Tokyo flight you’re tracking dropped $40
During the day

It finds you, so you don’t have to look.

An important email lands. Instead of refreshing your inbox all day, Sammy brings it to you at the right moment, and can help you understand it or draft a reply, only ever with your say-so.

Worth a look

Your accountant replied about the tax deadline. Want me to summarise it, or help you draft a reply?

Afternoon

Think it through, out loud.

On the walk home, you talk through your Tokyo trip. Sammy remembers you’re going in spring, asks what you’re hoping to see, suggests a few ideas, and offers to write it up as an itinerary.

“What should we do in Tokyo?”

You’re there for the cherry blossoms in spring, so Ueno Park is perfect timing. Want me to put together a day-by-day itinerary as a PDF?

Privacy

Private by design.
Simple as that.

Sammy holds real context about your life, so privacy comes first. It can run entirely on your phone, your conversations are never used to train AI, and you decide what Sammy remembers, stored on your device and deletable any time.

Got questions?

The big questions, answered clearly.

Yes. Sammy is an AI agent built as a personal assistant. Sammy does more than answer questions: Sammy remembers your context, keeps track of things for you, brings them back at the right moment, and can take helpful actions with your permission. The goal isn't to be the cleverest chat bot, it's to be genuinely useful across your whole day.
A chatbot is a large language model: it takes your message and returns the most likely response based on everything it was trained on. An AI agent uses the same kind of model, but does two things differently. It enriches your message with extra context and memory, and it gives the model tools so it can take real actions, not just reply with text.
ChatGPT and Claude are remarkable when you want to ask a question. Sammy is built for the rest of your day. It remembers what matters to you, helps proactively instead of only when asked, works with your calendar and reminders (with your permission), can be talked to by voice, and can run privately on your phone. Similar underlying intelligence, a very different job.
The things that help Sammy help you: your preferences, the people in your life, and the ongoing threads you're working through, so you don't start from zero every conversation. You can see what Sammy has remembered, and delete a single message, a whole chat, or everything, at any time. Memory is stored on your device.
No. Sammy can suggest, draft, and prepare, but anything that leaves your hands, like sending a message, waits for your okay. You stay in control. Connections to things like calendar and email are only ever made with your permission, are read only (for now), and only used when they make Sammy useful.
Yes. There are no settings to configure or prompt tricks to learn. Open the app, ask in plain English, and go. Sammy is capable enough for people who already use AI every day, and easy enough for people who've never touched it.
No, the opposite. There are no feeds, streaks, or attention traps, and Sammy isn't trying to keep you scrolling. It's built to help you handle what you need, then put your phone down. It's also designed to support and sharpen your own thinking rather than replace it, so you stay capable and in control, with more of your attention left for your actual life.
A mix of models, each chosen for the job. Depending on your tier and what you select, Sammy can run an on-device model on your phone (Google's open-source Gemma) or use Sammy Cloud for faster, more capable help. For complex topics, Sammy can call in a specialist, a frontier model from Anthropic's Claude, and image generation uses Google Gemini. You're always in control of which one is used.
Sammy Cloud is the extra horsepower for tasks a phone-sized model can't handle on its own. It runs on a decentralised GPU network rather than a single big-tech data centre, so there's no central warehouse of conversations to leak, sell, or hack. We don't log, retain, sell, or train on what passes through it.
Yes, for a lot of things. Because Sammy can run an AI model directly on your phone, it still answers with no signal, on a plane, or in a dead spot. A phone isn't a data centre, so the on-device model is smaller and a little less powerful than the cloud ones, but it's completely private and always available. It also improves over time, since every release ships the latest version. Cloud and specialist features need a connection.
Privacy is the foundation, because Sammy holds real context about your life. Conversations live on your phone by default, not our servers. Sammy can run entirely on-device, we collect only what's needed, and we never sell your data. You decide what's remembered, and you can delete it any time.
No. Your conversations are never used to train any of the models Sammy uses, ours or our providers'. They're yours.
We build with human control, transparency, privacy, and accountability in mind from the start. You're always told which model is handling a task, you stay in control of actions and your data, and we're tracking emerging Australian AI standards and EU AI Act-style expectations, without pretending compliance theatre is the product.
Sammy gets more capable with every release, with new skills and integrations arriving over time, and nothing to relearn. Looking further ahead, the aim is for Sammy to be there wherever you are, from your watch to your laptop to the car, as a personal assistant that genuinely knows you and works in your interests, not for ad revenue.
Sammy is launching first on iPhone, with Android to follow. A desktop companion is on the roadmap after that. Join the waitlist to be in line for early access, and referring friends unlocks a free Core or Premium tier while it runs.
